We start with your environment: who uses it, what needs protecting and how your operation runs. That understanding guides the officers we assign and the responsibilities they take on.

Our guards undergo BS 7858 security screening, including identity and address checks, employment-history verification and checks on gaps in that history. Right-to-work checks and appropriate criminal-record checks form part of our background-check process.
Standard or enhanced DBS checks are used where the role is eligible and requires that level of disclosure.

Officers hold the relevant SIA licence for their duties and receive a brief specific to the assignment. Access rules, patrol priorities, reporting contacts and the way you want visitors treated are established before cover begins.
Relief cover when it matters.
We provide relief and absence cover to support continuity when an officer is unavailable. Replacement arrangements, notification contacts and response expectations are agreed for your location and service.
